My little monkey girl!!

So my little girl came inside today crying because her brothers were all climbing trees on our property and she thought she would get into trouble if she did so she was sad. I told her trees were made for climbing so she should go try! MY MISTAKE! About 20 minutes later Christopher came running into the house saying "Mom this is serious! Eve is way high in the trees!" So I thought alright she is probably just above the boys and they are worry warts. I walked out there and about had a heart attack. The pic on the left is a close up of my girl. The one below that is a full length and my daughter is the little blob a 1/4 of the way from the top of the tree that is in the center of the pic.

And of course I had to get the proud shot of my little monkey girl working her way down the tree!

My little pretender

So there is this little girl in my life that pretends everything from being a dog and a pony to making dinner and having tea party's. Well the other day we went onto to base to get a few things for Scotty's uniform and while I was checking things out I realized that Sassy wasn't with me. I started to get a little panicky when I called and she didn't answer. I went towards the front of the store and almost walked right by her. She held perfectly still and when I went to talk to her she just there looking straight ahead. She had the guys coming and going just rolling. What a little pretender.

Where the heck is spring?

While it has been close to 2 years since I have seen a substantial amount of snow, I am not overly pleased that once again its SNOWING! I am ready for spring and to start my garden for the first time. We have settled into the house but haven't had much time at home. We made a trip over to Spokane this weekend to see our niece's baptism. It was wonderful and great to see the family again. But I am looking forward to having a couple weeks at home to settle in. The kids are good. Although Harm went to the dentist today and had to have 2 teeth pulled. That's it as far as the updating go.

Boys' birthdays

Well we celebrated the boys' birthday's last weekend and I finally have the pics for them. They had a really good bday and really enjoyed having all of their cousins and friends around them.
